Our Programs

If you do not currently have a dog suitable to become a fully trained service dog, we can help. Local rescue organizations and Humane Societies have an abundant number of sweet, happy dogs waiting for homes. We are happy to evaluate the dog you choose.

Looking for a specific breed? Contact us — we have a referral list of excellent breeders. We also maintain an exclusive Goldador breeding program with OFA-certified health-tested stock.

Our program has successfully certified over 500 Full Service Dog teams since 2008. Norma Ross has over 40 years of experience training dogs.

• Open to veterans who have honorably served — age is never a factor
• Open to first responders and persons with a medically diagnosed disability
• All service dog candidates must pass a mandatory temperament evaluation
• Dogs must be people-friendly AND animal-friendly — non-negotiable
• Breeding stock: OFA certified hips, elbows, eyes, hearts · AKC CGC/Advanced & Urban titles
• Strong European bloodlines, most imported, providing genetic diversity and health

Do you already have a dog? Need help with training? Our Owner Trained program is for you! We help you achieve your goals — your pet may qualify to become a Life Companion or a Full Access Service Dog.

• Dogs should be 3 years old or younger
• Healthy, with up-to-date vaccinations
• People-friendly AND animal-friendly — this is non-negotiable
• Must pass a mandatory temperament evaluation before entering the program
• Not all dogs are suitable — service dogs must be "rock solid" to be effective
• Certain breeds bred for guarding or fighting are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• ALL dogs must be evaluated — no exceptions

Not every dog becomes a Full Access Service Dog — and that's perfectly fine. Life Companion dogs provide emotional support, unconditional love, and improved quality of life for veterans and persons with disabilities.

If your dog completes our Owner Trained program and doesn't meet the threshold for full public access certification, they can still graduate as a Life Companion — a meaningful and valued outcome for both dog and handler.
