Puppy raisers participate in two public outings per month, exposing dogs to real-world environments. This is critical to producing rock-solid, well-adjusted service dogs ready for any situation.
LCA students meet every Thursday after school to learn dog handling, training, grooming, and socialization. This community pipeline helps PASD raise and place more trained dogs with local veterans.
All service dog candidates must pass a mandatory temperament evaluation before entering the program. Dogs must be people-friendly and animal-friendly. Contact us to schedule your evaluation.
